Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment. This will give you plenty of time to choose the colour.
BOOKING APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION
Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved just for you and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. I confirm 24 hours in advance by email to ensure you get reminded. All appointments are easily scheduled via the link in the booking confirmation email.
Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. If you don’t attend your appointment you will be charged 10% when you next attend?
We ask clients to look after their property while at our salon as we are unable to take responsibility of items left unattended.
NAIL AFTERCARE SERVICE
In the event you chip or break your nails within three days after lacquering, please report this to us and we will offer you a free fixing on the effected nails. Outside this period there will be a small fee, we charge £3 for one nail.
All our services are carried out by qualified therapists. If you have had a service that you are unsatisfied with please contact us immediately and speak to the manager. We cannot give refunds on any services but we will look into your concerns immediately and do what is required to keep you happy.
COMPLAINTS & COMMENTS
Any complaint or comment regarding your treatments should be made in the first instance to a therapist before you leave the salon so that it can be resolved at the time. Problems which cannot be resolved there and then should be notified in writing to the salon manager and sent to email@example.com
There is a 2 hours free car park in the Totton shopping centre. We are not responsible for any parking fine.

THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENTS
Please note we reserve the right to refuse treatments; disrespect and rudeness towards our staff will not be tolerated. Valentino Nails reserve the right to amend Terms and Conditions as and when it is considered necessary to do so. Reasonable notice will be given for this.
